living through this kind of change can be disorienting, emotional, and hard to digest.
these circles are spaces
to show up as we are,
share what’s real,
and (be) with what’s coming up.
expect gentle somatic movement,
simple creative exercises,
and space to share if you want.
trauma-aware and held with care.
