La Queerencia is back for its second edition!
After our first night in September, we’re very happy to welcome you back for another evening of queer tango. This time we are happy to have TDJ Vinz to set the mood for the night ✨

La Queerencia is our regular queer tango event, happening on the second Saturday of every month. The name is a wordplay on queer and the Spanish word la querencia — a place where you feel safe, at home, and truly yourself. And that's exactly the kind of space we want to create: where you feel safe to be yourself, play with different ways to tango, and discover what feels right for you on the dance floor.
Before the milonga, at 18:30, we’ll once again have a beginner taster class focused on changing roles. Whether you’ve never danced tango before, want to try another role, or simply want to explore tango in a more open way — you’re very welcome. No previous experience. No registration. No partner. Just come and try.
And afterwards we invite you to join for a queer tango party called milonga!
The class and milonga are part of the same contribution, and you can choose €5, €10, or €15 according to what feels manageable for you. €10 is our suggested contribution, while €15 helps us keep the €5 option accessible.
La Queerencia is first and foremost a queer-centered event. At the same time, we warmly welcome everyone who is curious about queer tango and switching roles. It is for everyone who shares our commitment and wants to help create a respectful and inclusive space 🫂
