Welcome to the online morning meditation group in March – no previous experience necessary! Stretching exercises for your consciousness! We practice a combination of Integral Meditation and Awakening Interbeing: an unusual, wide-angle attentiveness that is simultaneously focused (e.g., on a person) and wide open — to the fullness and complexity of all sensory perceptions, thoughts, and feelings, to the space between us, and to everything that surrounds us. Paradoxically, relaxation sets in.. This method of mindfulness trains the ability to consciously perceive on several levels at once and to observe oneself while perceiving. (Language will be Deutsch or English, depending on the participants.)
