In a world of speed, multitasking, and constant stimulation, true presence becomes a rare and powerful skill. This interactive workshop offers a space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and understand how mindfulness and meditation transforms your brain, your communication, and your moment-to-moment experience. Through a blend of neuroscience, mindfulness tools, introspection, pair- and group activities, we explore how the brain, body, and nervous system shape the way we feel, interact, and respond. You’ll learn how posture, breath, emotional signals, and internal narratives influence communication - and how mindful presence can shift everything. You’ll explore: ● The neuroscience of mindfulness, meditation and self-awareness. ● How feelings, needs, and body sensations shape your relationships. ● How to meet difficult emotions with curiosity and compassion. ● How to practice RAIN as a gentle, structured process. ● How Metta meditation softens the heart and supports resilience. ● How body language influences communication and nervous system safety. ● How breath and movements bring you back into the present moment. Ideal for anyone wanting to live and communicate with more clarity, intention, and authenticity - in body, mind, and heart. Please bring paper and a pen. Cash donation is appreciated.
